50 pupils from year 7 and 8 were lucky enough to visit Oxford University having applied to Ms Ryan to express their interest in this prestigious university.
On the day, pupils sat in a lecture theatre, learning all about university life and the different courses available, experienced eating a brilliant lunch catered by the university in the great hall (which was the inspiration for the dining hall in the Harry Potter movies), had a Q&A and tour lead by undergraduate students and finished the day with a workshop in the Oxford Museum of Natural History.
Zoya Y8 - I love how even if your degree is not focused on an area like Sport, you can still get involved in lots of sports activities and extra-curricular.
Musab Y7 - it was an amazing day! Holding the cockroach in the Oxford Natural History museum was my favourite part.
David Y7 - I learnt so much about life at Oxford University. The lunch was great and it felt like I was eating in Harry Potter.
