The Year 12 Applied Science BTEC cohort, attended another of the many University trips on offer with Ark.At the University of Reading they experienced a beautiful campus tour, gained a sense of what accommodation at University looks like, and participated in Lab demonstrations.The class also widened their horizons, exploring lectures on Biomedicine, Criminology, and Psychology, and asked thought-provoking questions to the Professors. It was a real pleasure to take them!
15 Year 12 students also visited the Head Office of Accenture, a global consultancy company which employs over 800,000 people around the world. Students learned about the different routes into consultancy work, advice on apprenticeship applications, and how to build a strong LinkedIn profile.
