We are very proud of our pupils engagement and success in Design Technology across Key Stage 3, and it has shown itself to be a popular Key Stage 4 options choice.
In the autumn term, year 8 were set a brief to design a home for an elderly person with limited mobility. They used ‘Tinkercad’ software to bring their ideas to life. This included pupils being given the opportunity to build animation code into their designs to really enhance their projects. Mr Scammell, Lead Teacher of DT was impressed with these designs from each teaching group in year 8. Congratulations Elsa, Sofia, Eva, Alfie, Pheobe and Kimara. Keep up the great work
