Congratulations to the cast of our school musical Bugsy Malone who put on two incredible performances in the final week of term, including a matinee for local primary pupils and an evening performance for the community.
The musical is based on the film of the same name. Set in New York City, it is a ‘gangster movie spoof’, with very memorable machine guns that fire gobs of whipped cream instead of bullets. The cast ranging from year 7 to year 10 auditioned back in the autumn term, and have been rehearsing for six months in preparation for the show.
Huge congratulations to the singers, dancers, actors, lighting and set designers and all who contributed to the show’s success!
