Over a dozen teachers submitted design briefs to year 9 students, encompassing storage, organisational or display solutions for the home, office or classroom.

Over a dozen teachers submitted design briefs to year 9 students, encompassing storage, organisational or display solutions for the home, office or classroom.

Working in groups, students responded by producing exploratory sketches, formulating appropriate questions for their teachers/clients and then creating models in paper and cardboard, before creating their final products.

Through this project, students developed tenacity in overcoming design problems, demonstrated their commitment to teamwork, and showed a flair for creative finish.
