Pioneer pupils recently participated in London Transport Museum’s virtual Air Quality Challenge, where they put forward their best ideas for how to solve the urban air quality crisis. Pupils pitched their ideas to a panel of transport industry consultants who gave feedback and selected the top four pitches of all participating schools across London.
We are excited to announce that one of our groups who pitched about carbon capturing paint to reduce the amount of CO2 in our atmosphere and improve London’s air quality was graded as being one of the top 4 ideas in the competition.
They have won 30 pupils a tour of Tedi London's London Campus Maker Space and Design Technologies including 3D Printers and Laser Cutters. They will also get to meet professionals from Abellio and ask them about further education and employability support offered by TEDI London.
