Pupils in year 11 had the privilege of visiting the London School of Economics this week as part of our Careers and Pathways Programme
LSE is a social science specialist university in the heart of London. LSE has remained the top university in London and fourth in the UK in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide.
Pupils travelled into central London and enjoyed experiencing university life first hand. They took part in a whole group session about university life and LSE. They heard from university student ambassadors discussing their academic journey to LSE. They had a tour of LSE campus and learnt about student issues such as commuting / accommodation and got a taster of student societies.
We are very grateful to Emma Taylor our governor who made the connection to support this trip and to all the staff at LSE who welcomed us for this fantastic day!
