We had an incredible performance last Wednesday and Thursday of ‘The Adams Family’ musical!
Pupils across years 7 – 10 took to the stage to perform this musical comedy impressing a Primary school audience at the matinee and a packed hall the night after.
The show featured Wednesday Addams (played by Ayla O, Y9) as the ultimate princess of darkness. Wednesday has grown up and has a shocking secret that only Gomez knows; she’s fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family! Gomez Addams (Oskar B, Y9) must do something he’s never done before — keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia (Leah O, Y9). Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.
They were joined by a fantastic wider cast and band and had wonderful support behind the scenes from stage management to make-up to creative set design.
